Mandate – New rules for the certified documents - July 2021

Since July 2021, is now required that documents proving the formalities for attributing signatures must be written in Portuguese or English.

Corona virus postpones reporting obligations in Portugal

The annual report's deadline to APA ( Portuguese Environmental Agency ) on the EEE, Packaging, Batteries, Tyres, Oils, Vehicles, placed in Portugal in 2019, and its forecast for 2020, are postponed for the 30th of April 2020.
